Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by KRM Media Hub, including video editing and WordPress website creation. By confirming a project quote or making payment, you agree to these standard conditions which ensure clear expectations for both parties.

1. Project Scope & Changes

Section details:
All projects follow the exact scope outlined in your approved quote. Additional features, pages, video length, revisions or changes outside the agreed scope are considered extras and will be quoted separately before proceeding. Minor clarifications within the original scope are handled during standard revision rounds.

India-specific: Projects use INR pricing and Razorpay payments.
International: Projects use USD/EUR pricing and Payoneer or agreed international methods.library​

2. Payment Terms

Standard structure:

• 50% advance payment required before work begins

• Remaining 50% due upon final delivery and approval

• Monthly retainers paid in advance for the upcoming month

Payment methods:

• Indian clients: Razorpay (UPI, net banking, cards) – 2% + GST processing fee included in quotes

• International clients: Payoneer Checkout or bank transfer – standard international card fees apply (typically 2.9% + fixed amount)

All invoices include applicable taxes based on your location. Late payments may pause work until cleared.

3. Revisions & Approval

• Packages include 1–2 revision rounds on drafts (structure, timing, basic text placement)

• Final approval required before export or launch; minor fixes post-approval handled case-by-case

• Additional revisions beyond package limits charged at standard hourly rates

4. Delivery & Timelines

Video editing: Final MP4 files delivered via Google Drive/Dropbox links, ready for YouTube/social upload.
WordPress websites: Full admin access, login credentials and basic usage guide provided. Site goes live only after final payment.

Timelines start after advance payment and receipt of all client materials (footage, content, branding). Delays in feedback or materials may extend deadlines.

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

• Full commercial usage rights transferred upon final payment

• Client owns final deliverables; KRM Media Hub retains right to use anonymized samples in portfolio

• Source files (raw project files) available on request for extra fee

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Projects cancellable before major work begins; advance partially refundable minus setup time

• No refunds after draft delivery; completed work remains with client

• Force majeure (illness, technical failure) may require rescheduling
